Allora Day Spa includes your choice of a 1 hour Customized Depth Massage, 1 hour Body Treatment, 1 hour Customized Facial, Photo Rejuvenation or a Classic Manicure & Pedicure. A one (1) hour session consists of fifty (50) minutes hands-on and ten (10) minutes for consultation and dressing.
Members are required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify the Allora in writing of any change in account information on file prior to the next electronic-funds-transfer (EFT) date. Payment Authorization forms are available at your Allora location or online. Members are also required to notify Allora, in writing, of any change of address.
You will have the entire length of your membership to use services as long as the account is not frozen and in good standing. All accumulated services expire 60 days after Monthly Membership has been cancelled and 30 days after Prepaid Membership.
Allora memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Membership offerings are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless elected otherwise on the Membership Agreement.
Allora reserves the right to change Spa rules and regulations and pricing at any time.
As a client, you agree to follow the Allora rules and regulations and Allora Day Spa retains the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.
In order to freeze a membership, an Allora Membership Freeze Request Form must be submitted. Forms can be found at your Allora location.
A minimum of one payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.
Allora monthly membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
Memberships can only be frozen 2 times in a 12-month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time.
Membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.
Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time your membership was frozen.
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours.
Same day cancellations or no call no show will be taken off as a service received. If there is no service in account to take away, the account information provided will be charged for the amount of the service/services that were booked.
My man and I had Misty and Tatianna as massage therapist and both were amazing. Tatiana spirit radiates and Misty’s him our kept us allured. They took there time and went above and beyond, with both conversation and technique. The Spa Itself was welcoming and warm. We had a fantastic experience and will most definitely come again once we are back in town.

I am from a California and came to this amazing place today with my girlfriends for a fun trip. Ed booked a five hour pamper treatment full of facials, Massages, mud wrap, head massage, hand and foot massage. This place is very professional as well as very friendly. They catered to our every need and our services were in time and handled by the most amazing professional employees. I would guarantee booking any service here. We will be back for sure.
It was my first time at this spa and had an overall great experience. I had an amazing massage with Vivian, and wonderful facial with Ashley! FYI, they are a bit loosey goosey with Covid precautions. I say this because only some of the staff wore masks while others didn’t, and I didn’t see any signs asking guests to wear masks in common areas, nor did I hear them ask anyone to do so. As a healthcare worker this made me a bit uneasy, but I’m vaccinated and wore my mask so I stayed for the services I had scheduled.

I came here with my friend to have a spa day for our birthdays together. I’ve never had a massage before & my experience with Misty was great! She let me know that I could communicate whenever I needed to if I preferred different pressure. Afterwards I felt very relaxed and I would definitely come back. We did encounter an issue with what was booked and I think it was a communication issue over the phone when it was scheduled- but the receptionist fixed our issue promptly. This was a very professional place and overall I’m very pleased with the experience!
I have experienced excellent customer service here as well as expert massage and other services. I came initially for a massage and subsequently became a member because of it. I am a woman in her 60's and have had significant spinal issues in the past 5 years. The massage treatments I have had helped immensely. Each staff person with whom I have interacted has been helpful and caring beyond expectation. Additionally the prices are very reasonable. Recently I had a pedicure as well - it was lovely.
