Spa Etiquette & Guest Guidelines | Allora Day Spa
We look forward to welcoming you to Allora Day Spa. To ensure a relaxing and seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following spa etiquette guidelines before your visit.
Spa Reservations & Booking Policies
Advance reservations are strongly recommended to secure your preferred service and appointment time. A credit card, gift card, membership, or deposit is required at the time of booking. Allora Day Spa accepts all major credit cards.
Arrival Time & Spa Check-In Guidelines
For the best possible experience, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Guests must complete check-in no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, as treatments must end on time to accommodate subsequent guests. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may forfeit their appointment and be charged the full service fee.
For your comfort, we recommend arriving in loose, comfortable clothing and leaving valuables and jewelry at home. Robes, slippers, and refreshments are provided. Allora Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.
Spa Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules change and appreciate advance notice when possible.
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- 48 hours’ notice is required for Friday–Sunday appointments
Cancellations outside of these timeframes and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.
Spa Age Requirements & Guest Eligibility
Spa services are available for guests 18 years and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children 12 years and under are not eligible for spa services.
Prenatal massage services are available after the first trimester (12 weeks).
Health Conditions & Wellness Disclosures
Your comfort and safety are our priority. Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or other health concerns. A brief intake form will be completed prior to your service to allow your therapist to tailor your experience.
Service Length & Hands-On Treatment Time
Service durations include consultation and dressing time to ensure a smooth experience for all guests:
- 90-minute service:Â 80 minutes hands-on
- 60-minute service:Â 50 minutes hands-on
- 30-minute service:Â 25 minutes hands-on
Spa Gratuity Information
Gratuity is not included in service pricing.Â
Spa Gift Cards & Gift Certificate Policies
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase memberships. Promotional gift cards cannot be used towards gratuity. Valid identification and presentation of the gift card are required at the time of service.
Spa Membership Terms & Conditions
All spa memberships are non-refundable. Requests to cancel a membership must be submitted via email.
What to Expect During Your Spa Treatment
All spa services are intended for relaxation and wellness and are not medical treatments. We encourage open communication with your therapist regarding pressure, comfort, or preferences at any time during your service.
Couples Spa Services
Many services are available for couples and may be enjoyed side-by-side upon request. Certain treatments, including facials, are performed in private treatment rooms.
